Love God
Deuteronomy 30:20 (NIV) - "and that you may love the LORD your God…"
Moses renewed God’s covenant with the Israelites when they were close to entering the promised land.
Part of this covenant renewal was a call for the Israelites to love God.
God still desires each of us to love him.
Our love for God inspires our faithfulness to him.
Our love for God keeps our relationship with him healthy and vibrant.
I think loving God is also contagious to those around us.
When a church genuinely loves God, it will shine brightly for him.
My prayer for you, and our church, today is that we love God.
