Satisfied

Psalm 17:15 (NIV) - And I--in righteousness I will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.

David may have been writing about his eternity with God.

Maybe, instead, he was referring to walking with God through his current persecution.

Either way, David expressed satisfaction in God.

What satisfies you?

Seeking satisfaction in the world is futile.

Trying to be filled by the world’s offerings only leaves us empty.

We were made by God and for God, so our satisfaction is found only in God.

My prayer for you today is that you are satisfied in God.
