Praising God in the Prison

In Acts 16, Paul and Silas were flogged and imprisoned.

This was not an unusual situation for Paul.

About midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and singing praises when an earthquake shook the jail and loosed all the prisoners’ chains.

Sometimes we may feel imprisoned by our circumstances in life, whatever they may be.

Even in our worst moments, God is still with us, and He is still worthy of our praises.

God leads us through difficult times and is working things for the good to those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

So even in the most difficult of times, let us lift our voices in prayer and praise to Him!

In Christ,
Jonathan
