Doing Right in God's Eyes

Doing Right in God’s Eyes

2 Chronicles 34:1-2 (NIV) - 1  Josiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem thirty-one years. 2  He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD and walked in the ways of his father David, not turning aside to the right or to the left.

People watch us. People interact with us.

They may be part of a religious group, political group, business group or social group.

They may be in our church or family.

They may be independent of any group.

Most of them want us to do right. But many of them want us to do right in their eyes.

Josiah was only eight years old when he became king of Judah.

Josiah did what was right in God’s eyes.

Josiah is a good example for us to follow in our lives.

Scripture guides us to do right in God’s eyes.

The Holy Spirit empowers to do right in God’s eyes.

Our fellow believers support us as we do right in God’s eyes.

The joy that results will motivate us to continue doing right in God’s eyes.

My prayer for you today is that you are doing right in God’s eyes.

Expecting God’s Best,
Bro Rob
