We live by faith in God
2 Corinthians 5:7 (NIV) - We live by faith, not by sight.
I believe living by sight means we conduct our lives based on the physical things happening around us. These things produce emotions, thought patterns, decisions, plans, and actions.
God works in observable events. He also works in unseen ways.
Visible things do not tell the complete story.
Living by faith means we trust God is working in unseen ways to accomplish his purposes in the world and our lives.
As followers of Christ we live by faith, not by sight.
In what specific area(s) of your life do you need to apply this biblical truth of living by faith? – Your job? Your family? A necessary decision? A relationship?
My prayer for you today is that you are living by faith, not sight.
