Fear Has Company
Psalm 56:3 (NIV) - When I am afraid, I will trust in you.
Sometimes we think we are the only one dealing with fear.
We may become ashamed of our fear. We may isolate ourselves from others.
However, when we experience fear in our lives we are in good company.
Scripture records that Moses (Exodus 2:14), David (Psalm 56:3), the disciples (Matthew 8:23-27) and Peter (Galatians 2:12) experienced fear.
Don’t face your fears alone. Share your fear with a trusted friend. There is a good chance your friend has faced something similar.
Ask your friend to pray for you.
I also encourage you to share your fear with Christ. Journaling may help you do this.
When we share our fear with Christ, he will minister to us.
My prayer for you today is that you will not feel alone in your fear.
