Galatians 5:16 (NIV) - So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
Paul instructed the Galatian Christians to “live by the Spirit.” This applies to Christians today.
To live by the Spirit means to continually depend on the power of the Holy Spirit who enables holy living.
Billy Graham wrote in his book, The Holy Spirit: Activating God’s Power in Your Life, that “The world needs to be touched by Christians who are Spirt-filled, Spirit-led, and Spirit-empowered. Are you that kind of Christian?”
My prayer for you today is that you are that kind of Christian.
