Galatians 3:29 - If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to receive a call saying that you were an heir to a fortune?

I confess I have wondered what it would be like. I also confess that I have not received that call!

Every follower of Christ is heir to a spiritual fortune.

The best part of our inheritance is eternal life. However, our inheritance also includes many blessings from God that are available to us right now.

Scripture tells us the Holy Spirit “is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession--to the praise of his glory.” (Ephesians 1:14, NIV)

Regarding this verse, Warren Wiersbe wrote: It is a source of great encouragement to know that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all working on my behalf to make me rich. God not only gives us "richly all things to enjoy" (1 Tim. 6:17), but He gives us eternal riches without which all other wealth is valueless.

My prayer for you today is that you are enjoying your spiritual inheritance.
