Galatians 1:3-4 (NIV) - 3 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,
We live close to the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. We are familiar with stories of people being rescued from these bodies of water. We are thankful to those who carry out these rescue missions.
We also need to be rescued from the penalty and power of sin in our lives. This happens only when we trust Christ as our Savior.
Acts 4:12 (NIV) - Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
If you don’t know Christ as your Savior my prayer is that you trust him today.
If you already know Christ as your Savior my prayer is that you are growing in your faith and sharing Christ with others.
