Able
King Nebuchadnezzar built an image of gold and commanded everyone to worship it.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did not worship the image. The king threatened to throw them in a fiery furnace because of their disobedience to his command.
These three men knew God was able to save them from the fiery furnace but, if he did not, they would still serve only him.
They were thrown into the furnace. God saved them.
God is able to see us through any “fiery furnace” we face.
Psalm 46:1 (NIV) - God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
I don’t know where this quote originated but I like it: If God brings you to it, he will see you through it.
My prayer for you today is that you will trust God is able to see you through your own fiery furnace.
