God’s Love
John 3:16 (NIV) - "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Problem – Each person has a serious problem. We all disobey God by nature and by choice. God calls this sin.
Romans 3:23 (NIV) - for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Result - The result of our sin is that we deserve eternal death
Romans 6:23 (NIV) - For the wages of sin is death…
Solution – The solution to our sin problem is God’s love. God loves us so much, in spite of our sin, that he sent his only Son, Christ, to die on the cross in our place.
1 Peter 3:18 (NIV) - For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God…
Faith – When we place our faith in Christ as our only Savior from sin, we receive eternal life.
Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV) - 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
If you have not yet placed your faith in Christ as your Savior, my prayer for you is that you do so today.
If you have already placed your faith in Christ as your Savior, my prayer for you is that you are growing in your faith and sharing Christ with others.
