Resurrection Joy
Matthew 28:8 (NIV) - "So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples".
At the empty tomb, an angel appeared to Mary Magdalene, and Mary, the mother of James and Joses, to announce Christ’s resurrection.
Even though the women were afraid following this announcement, they were “filled with joy”.
Christ’s resurrection fills us with joy today.
It is a joy to know that Christ is indeed alive and is active in our lives.
I encourage you today to live in resurrection joy.
Don’t allow anyone or anything to steal your joy in Christ.
No matter what, or who, happens to you, you are child of the living Lord.
Choose to live in his joy.
My prayer for you today is that you are living in resurrection joy.
