Our Greatest Enemy

This week we have been focusing on Psalm 17 which describes David’s persecution by his enemies.

Our greatest enemy is Satan.

He does everything possible to keep us from following God.

His strategies and tactics are constant in our lives.

Satan is defeated when we place our faith in Christ as our Savior.

If you have already received Christ as your Savior, celebrate your victory over Satan by living daily for Christ.

If you have not received Christ as your Savior, my prayer is that you trust him today by:

Admitting you are a sinner
Romans 3:23 (NIV) – “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”

Believing Christ is the only way to salvation
Acts 4:12 (NIV) – “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

Confessing Christ as your Savior
Romans 10:9-10 (NIV) – “ 9 That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”

Expecting God’s Best,
Bro Rob
