Our mission is to make disciples for Christ and that includes children. The foundation for our children's discipleship is Sunday School. Our Sunday School curriculum is solidly Bible based. Our teachers are capable and loving as they disciple our children.
In addition to Sunday School we offer AWANA at 6:00pm on Sunday nights. AWANA is for children three year old through the fourth grade. It encourages Scripture memory. It is also a great way for children to have fun and connect with other children. Because serving is important to children's discipleship we also offer missions organizations on Wednesday nights. It is for first through sixth grades. The boys attend RA's and the girls attend GA's. Both RA's and GA's learn about missions and do missions.
We also host children and famly events throughout the year such as our Easter Eggstravaganza, Kids Camp, Back to School Bash, and Trunk or Treat. These are great opportunities for children and their families to connect with each other.
We have a Kids Minute during our 10:45am worship service where our pastor presents a Bible based object lesson and then the children are dismissed to attend their own Kids Worship time.
Finally, we believe the primary way children are discipled is in their families so we encourage parents to disciple their children regularly.
